Join us for Apocalypse of the Calusa —a presentation and book signing with author Dawn Ray!

Dawn Ray will share her journey of researching, writing, and self-publishing her debut historical novel, followed by a Q&A and book signing. Set in 1500s South Florida, Apocalypse of the Calusa is a gripping tale of the Calusa people as they confront Spanish conquest and fight to protect their sacred land, spiritual traditions, and the soul of their world.

The book will be available in the Marco Island Historical Museum gift store prior to the event and will also be available for purchase during the program.

Registration is encouraged, but not required. Doors open at 1:30 pm. Please bring proof of MIHS membership to receive free entry.
