Membership Signup

Complete all applicable fields. Select the desired Membership Category from the dropdown and click on the “Submit” button. Then see the instructions below to complete your membership transaction.

We use PayPal, a safe and secure method of payment. Simply select the Membership Category from the dropdown and click on the “Pay Now” button below the Membership Signup Form acknowledgment to be taken to PayPal. If you already have a PayPal account, you may log in from there and complete the transaction. If you don’t, simply click on the link under “credit cards” and complete the transaction using one of the approved credit cards. It will appear on your credit card statement as “PayPal*MarcoIsland”. You will also receive a confirmation receipt via the e-mail address you specified.

When you’ve completed your transaction, close the PayPal window to return to the MIHS Website.

When you see the yellow acknowledgement box above disappear, you may then select the level of membership using the “Membership Categories” dropdown below and click on the “Pay Now” Button to pay with your credit card or PayPal account.
